Both sadistic and masochistic to an extent, Schuldig enjoys messing with people's heads, which is all too easy given his power of telepathy. He claims that people's minds taste like honey; however, he also complains that at times he cannot tell which thoughts are his. Schuldig means "guilty" in German and Dutch.

MISSION 8 RAUBTIER - HOWLS IN THE NIGHT -

Standing behind Reiji Takatori as he berates his son, he does not speak until afterwards when he regards Schreient as Masafumi's fierce dolls.

MISSION 9 SCHREIENT - EACH ONE'S THOUGHTS -

He emerges from the trees to join Nagi after his encounter with Tot and asks if he's falling for the one he's supposed to kill, if the order comes. Later, he see’s Masafumi’s burning manor, aware that Weiss are behind it.

MISSION 11 ABKUNFT - BREAKING FROM THE SPELLS - 

He smiles and Crawford follows his gaze, he has noticed Weiss and remarks there are three flies buzzing around. He is present in a white suit at the party alongside Crawford.

He monitors Hirofumi and Omi’s conversation and when the latter leaves, he emerges saying that he was thinking what a brat and why doesn’t Hirofumi let him handle his brother. Doing so accordingly, he kidnaps Omi when he's alone wth Ouka. Standing atop the balcony, he turns to her and announces he's just borrowing him. Taking him to Hirofumi's condo to be interrogated, at the same time he expects the other members of Weiss to follow. Staring out the window, Schuldig smiles that they’re finally here being aware of the arrival of the rest of Weiss.

When they launch their joint attack, Schuldig uses an illusion of Hirofumi for Aya to land an attack on before ordering a shocked Hirofumi to run, labelling him a fool whilst he is at it. He evades Ken and Youjis joined claw and wire attack and leaps to the window. Schuldig announces he has seen all their faces now and will come for their lives, before jumping backwards out the window and into the night.

MISSION 12 ABSCHIED - WHY... - 

Slinking from behind a tree when Omi has delivered flowers, he remarks it must be nice to be so young, for Omi to murder both of his brothers then have no problem going out on a date. Suggesting he's in love with Ouka, Schuldig voices Omi's supposed thoughts for him “I sure am.” Saying he thought Masafumi and Hirofumi were murderers so he killed them, before asking what about Omi, as a member of Weiss and now a sibling killer. Schuldig voices his mind saying of course Omi is a murderer, saying how else would he be able to kill his own brother, or continue murdering as part of Weiss. Schuldig enthusiastically points "see" when Omi draws a poison dart. Laughing, he then wonders what will Ouka think if he told her Omi was a part of Weiss. Sarcastically remarking that he's scared, Schuldig says he’ll run along home and jumps into the tree. As he disappears, he declares the game has only just begun.

Driving up to Ouka when she is walking her pet dog near the park, he says theres nothing to be afraid of, he works as a bodyguard for her father. Though Schuldig says he can't tell her about why Omi was taken, he does discuss another matter. It is not about Omi being a part of Weiss, rather it is about Omi being the long lost son of Reiji Takatori, Mamoru Takatori and is Ouka's step brother. Unconvincingly, he tells her it was hard of him to have told her this. Asking why would he lie, Schuldig then reads her mind to suggest asking someone who would know, namely her mother.

Complimenting Nagi when he finishes his research concerning Omi and Reiji, he says playing with people's lives is a wonderful thing, and that he should be thanking hm. When Crawford enters and asks him what he’s been doing, Schuldig tells him he never lets him have any fun.

Later approaching Ouka when she see’s Omi enter Jurassic love, he tells her she shouldn’t see that boy anymore, before insisting he didn’t want to tell her, but that Omi is a murderer. Schuldig said he had to get him away from the hotel that night to save her fathers life. Remarking that Ouka is so innocent when she doesn’t believe him, he suggests she come with him since he has proof.

Calling Omi on Ouka’s phone, he answers “not quite” when Omi assumes he is talking to Ouka, and says he has something important to tell him. The rest of Weiss are coming to assassinate Ouka as she knows about their identities, and he has Ouka tied up in the back of his car. Schuldig gloats it’s a terrible situation, her finding out, but that he wasn’t the one who told her about it, before demanding if he's listening.

Standing hidden behind Omi who is finding out why Yohji, Ken and Aya have also come, Schuldig says he wonders if it's actually true, whether they really have come to execute Ouka. Schuldig states for Omi to hurry now, he has to save her otherwise she will get killed. He appears completely unfazed when Aya leaps to slice the pole he was concealed behind in half, before leaping away. Standing in front of Ouka, Schuldig fires a gun at Omi, he points his gun saying he’s jealous that Omi gets to die in front of Ouka. His composure falters when he is almost struck by Yohji's wire aiming at his head, though he is caught of guard in that sense he evades it and angrily returns gun fire. His gun clogs as he is out of bullets before bounding away from Aya after having narrowly avoided his sword, jumping away from his attacks until he can do so no more being driven to Farfarello, where they both are surrounded by Aya, Ken and Yohji. He says let's get out of here, before reloading him gun and firing at Yohji and Ken.

MISSION 13 BRUCH - RAIN OF REVENGE -

Struck to the ground, Schuldig looks up as Reiji points his golf club at him. Reiji is furious and relentlessly beats both him and Farferello with his golf club and though the later is indifferent to the strikes, it hurts Schuldig. He is later seen with Crawford watching the news where Weiss have supposedly claimed responsibility for a third bombing, he remarks how incompetent the police are. He answers Nagi that he's not telling the police who Weiss is as they are his prey.

 MISSION 14 FLIEHEN - MARTIAL LAW -

Overseeing citizens being advised to go home, Schuldig comment it's like a war out there. His idea to see how strong Mr Takatori’s loyalty really is soon is answered when Public Police special forces enter their room. Asking what is he talking about when Takatori reveals he doesn’t need them any longer, Schuldig does not like the suggestion they can stay but just to observe, but Crawford stops him doing anything reckless.

MISSION 15 DUELL - HUNTERS OF REVENGE -

Sitting crossed-legged as he is confined to the room, Shculdig rises to his feet when Crawford shares “they’re here” and tells the stationed guards that there's no cause for alarm, they don’t even have weapons. He points out Takatori is fickle, accusing them of being spies not so long ago.

MISSION 17 KRITIKER - PRIDE WITH NO NAME -

Communicating via computer, Schuldig oversees the meeting of the Citizens for the Future organisation. Keeping his face unseen, he agrees with and goads the members plan to burn young people stating if they allow it to continue this country will be ruined. Replying to Crawford, he explains he's not really controlling them, merely making a few suggestions. He replies to Nagi who considers making a word of destruction.

MISSION 18 SCHULD – FARFARELLO -

Sat feet up at a desk in Schwarz's research room, he asks Nagi and Crawford where Farfarello is and what’s he been up to. Later he enters a room where Farfarello has been restrained and hung upside down from the feet. Schuldig tells him his punishment is done and to come with him. He crashes a jeep into a building where Ken and Omi where rescuing Ruth from Farfarello and instructs him to come, when Farfarello regains consciousness after having been rescued, Schuldig remarks the pain from those wounds would kill a normal person.
