Manx is a character in Weiss Kreuz, an agent of Kritiker who helps give Weiss their missions, working with Persia and later Botan.

Weiss Kreuz Story

MISSION 4 VERRAT - EXECUTION OF BETRAYAL -

Manx is approached by Ken to speak to Persia regarding Kase.

MISSION 6 FRÄULEIN - THE IMAGE OF A GIRL -

Helping herself into the shop, Manx commends Yohji for his good guess as to who she was based on recognizing her legs. Brushing him off, she addresses the others and presents a recording device with what the girl says and that she's called Sakura Tomoe and had her kidney removed.

MISSION 7 ENTFÜHREN - THE MEMORIES RETURN -

After sharing details of a child kidnapping case, assuming from their expression they’re all in, Manx announces that Kritiker is gathering further information.

She is surprised to see Omi outside a building she was leaving and spent some listening as Omi figures out it wasn’t his father and that Manx knew it was Persia who saved him as a child. She comforts Omi telling him what's the use remembering the past, resentment will only bring more resentment. Manx suggests rather to remember, erase painful childhood memories instead and that Persia is always concerned about him. Manx contacts Persia in the flesh and informs him Bombay isn’t convinced but shouldn’t be worried about him seeking Persia out for answers.

MISSION 8 RAUBTIER - HOWLS IN THE NIGHT -

Concerning people's DNA being altered with animals, Manx has some data and calls out their lack of information with spoon feeding, she addresses them as pretty boys but Aya accepts the data log. She later meets with Persia in person who says anyone would be stumped with the information provided. She asks Persia if he’s still unsure.

MISSION 9 SCHREIENT - EACH ONE'S THOUGHTS -

Speaking with Aya, she suggests that Kritiker must have missed that Masafumi was a Takatori when Aya confronts her over it. Manx then tells Persia that the hunting dog must be allowed to hunt otherwise he may bite his master. She guides Persia to view the captured Kritiker agent who was turned into a monster.

MISSION 10 BRUDER - BOND OF DARKNESS -

Arriving to detail a mission, after Persia announces for Weiss to target a human hunting ring, Manx answers Ken that whether the Takatori mentioned is related to the other one is not critical to the mission. All that needs to be known is they are the targets and if they don’t like the mission they can say no.

MISSION 11 ABKUNFT - BREAKING FROM THE SPELLS -

Manx is dressed in a kimono in her attendance at the party with Persia standing alongside Reiji Takatori himself, before she accompanies Persia as he leaves with Mr Kitagaki.

She later comes across Omi and Ouka kissing where she ducks away not wanting to intrude on the moment. Witnessing Schuldig appear and kidnap Omi, she gasps and hurries to call the flower shop, informing Ken that Omi has been taken to Hirofumi's condo.

MISSION 12 ABSCHIED - WHY... -

Present in Persia’s office when Omi comes to him for information about his family history, she tells Omi that’s enough when he yells at Persia that he doesn’t want to get his hands dirty murdering his own family. Aya considers that they don’t have time to get in touch with her before midnight.

MISSION 13 BRUCH - RAIN OF REVENGE -

Standing alone near some fountains, she gasps when Aya speaks behind her asking why Persia doesn't give them another mission. Concerning the threat, they all need to lay low since if they act now they’ll be playing into their hands, they are a danger to Weiss. Manx is shocked when Aya there and then quits the Weiss as it’s getting in the way of his revenge.

Arriving at the L.M.P with Persia, she remarks it's strange they would contact them first. Upon hearing that they are being observed and may have to fight sooner than Persia thought, she checks a handgun she keeps in her handbag before running after Persia. Together they face Reiji in his office, and gasps when he mentions Weiss. She comes across Aya rough handling Persia when he discovers from Omi that he too is a Takatori. Pointing her gun right at Aya's head, Manx puts it away on Persias order. When Aya leaves having shunned Persia’s advice, she smiles and mentions to Persia that Aya is so naïve its ridiculous.

Manx reports the destruction wrought by a bomb, and comments to Persia that they can't just let them keep doing this. Emphasizing that many more will get hurt if they don’t so anything, Manx sternly notes that the commissioner should not think he's immune. She notes they’ll have to fight the special forces eventually, that they are well aware of the danger of the situation. Kritiker informs Manx that Bombay and the others are fighting but without Abyssinian. Aware that the car behind them has been following them, she asks how does Persia think they found out about him. Manx places her phone on the dashboard for Persia to listen to Reiji announce he has won the election and is now prime minister. Gasping, she looks to Persia when Reiji announces that he is aware that Shuichi controls Weiss from the shadows. When the call ends she comments that his fangs are finally out.

MISSION 14 FLIEHEN - MARTIAL LAW -

Manx sits in the back seat of Persia's car after they rescued Aya from Crawford and Farfarello. She has Aya’s head resting on her lap as she uses medical supplies to tend to his injuries. Arriving to rescue Ken, Omi and Yohji, she notes it's not yet over as she sees reinforcements arrive.

With the morning ending in their favour, she asks Persia where should they go now, if they should go back to the department at this hour. Asking Persia to please hurry, she drives with him as the news reports on Shuichi as being the leader of Weiss. Not thinking Reiji would move against them so quickly, she thought they would have time before Manx asks if Persia thinks they should move to Kritiker's secret headquarters.

Leaning against the car as she waits for Persia to pay his respects at Kikuno’s gravesite, Manx looks around and asks him if they’re ready to go yet. Stating for them to hurry, she asks him what the one more thing is before being punched in the stomach. Falling unconscious, she asks Persia why.

MISSION 16 SCHATTEN - RETURN TO BATTLE -

Joining the gathering at the ruined flower shop with Weiss, Botan and Birman, Manx states that they must all listen, and firmly states that no matter what they want they are already involved. She is aware of the name of the organization but isn’t entirely sure who or what Essett is, neither what they want. The only certainty is that they need to stop them. Manx considers it is likely that Essett are supporting a returned Schreient and is certain that they are directly involved in Aya’s sister's kidnapping. She notes the threat they pose to Japan will continue to grow and they have to get rid of them now before they become too powerful.

MISSION 17 KRITIKER - PRIDE WITH NO NAME -

Arriving to join Birman, Yohji and Ken, she answers Omi that unfortunately Persia is not alive and what they saw was a computer generated image. Looking to Birman, they thought it would be an easier transition for them all. She replies to Ken to ask Birman who the target is as it's in her hands from now on. Manx was Persia's assistant and fulfilled her duty in that regard.
