Persia is a character in Weiss Kreuz, after the loss of the woman he loved, he founded Weiss is a long term plan to eliminate Reiji Takatori.

MISSION 7 ENTFÜHREN - THE MEMORIES RETURN -

Omi remembers Persia rescuing him before he briefs them on the kidnapping case via TV and shares intel. Omi learns it was Persia who gave him his name. Persia appears in the flesh for the fist time hearing from Manx that Omi is recovering his memories

MISSION 8 RAUBTIER - HOWLS IN THE NIGHT -

In his office asks how their doing to Manx, he replies he is not unsure, that he made up his mind to do this when he formed the Weiss. Persia views information on a monster, and then pictures of Reiji Takatori and his son. He muses that it's sad, that people have to fight to survive.

MISSION 9 SCHREIENT - EACH ONE'S THOUGHTS -

Informed by Manx that they have learned Masafumi is a Takatori, he thinks they may not be able to keep their hunting dog tethered much longer. He and Manx see the Kritiker agent who disappeared and view the monster he was transformed into.

MISSION 11 ABKUNFT - BREAKING FROM THE SPELLS -

At a political party, Persia is revealed as commissioner yet he has no leads yet concerning the deaths of Nakizawa and Kondo. Recognising Ouka, he remarks how much she has grown. Greeting a Mr Kitagaki whom he hasn’t seen since the golf competition, he and Manx excuse themselves to go and speak to him.

MISSION 12 ABSCHIED - WHY... -

At his office, Persia states it is good for Bombai to have come, he asks him what his question is and rising from his chair he answers Omi that Reiji Takatori is trying to use his position as deputy prime minster to gain control of Japan. That, and that he has the support of a secret organization called Essett of which he is aware of. He says he understands how hard it is to fight your own family, but that there are some people so evil that they must be stopped. Persia answers he does understand because he is Shuichi Takatori, Reiji Takatori’s younger brother. He dismisses Omi's suggestion that he should have become a Weiss, saying that he is not as strong as all of them are. Persia answers he doesn’t know why Omi’s father didn’t pay his ransom.

MISSION 13 BRUCH - RAIN OF REVENGE -

Approaching Omi, Persia asks if can join him in paying respects at Ouka's tombstone. Saying he's sorry, he explains had he told him about this sooner, none of this would have happened. He is glad Omi understand that Reiji must be stopped.

Arriving with Manx at the L.M.P, he notes they’re being observed and may have to fight sooner than he expected. As police commissioner Takatori, he greets the Prime Minister of Japan, Reiji Takatori who tells him to drop the formality. Persia says he has no leads when Reiji asks if he has an plans on catching Weiss who are supposedly responsible for the explosions across town. Having a question for Reiji, regarding the Public Peace Special Forces, and how they were formed and vanished under Reiji's control, he wonders what it could mean. Shuichi declines Reiji’s suggestion to arrest him to make him confess that it operates as a personal army, but he is sure he will never find any proof. Confirming with Reiji that he visited Ouka’s grave, he replies that the boy there with him told him that he was a friend.

In a car park below his office, Persia is approached by Aya who he greets in his code name of Abyssinian. Though he is rough handled by a glowering Aya, he orders Manx to put her gun away when she aims it at Aya's head, saying he just came here to talk, isn’t that right. Telling Aya his goal is the same, Persia created Weiss to get rid of his brother, but he can't give them the final mission because it's not time for that yet. When Aya resolves to end Reiji as it's all he wants to do, and doesn’t care if he doesn’t come back alive, Persia mentions his sister, saying she is getting the care she needs with him as a member of Weiss. Persia answers Manx that maybe this was how it was supposed to turn out as Aya resolves he won't take orders form a Takatori.

Informed by Manx of a bomb explosion, despite the mounting death toll, Persia feels he cannot give orders knowing this is a trap. When Manx points out that with the growing damage, and that he himself is not immune, Persia notes he will have to fight the special forces. Complying with an "ok", Persia proclaims "now Weiss, we have a mission!"

He is driving when Manx informs him of Weiss’s situation and notes the car following them is one of his brothers goons, that he believes saw him meeting with Bombay at Ouka’s grave. Receiving a call, he calmly congratulates Reiji when he phones him to gloat that he’s won the election and is now officially Prime minister. Persia enquires about what the questions are Reiji has for him, and receives the news that the public peace forces have conducted an investigation and discovered that Shuichi controls Weiss from the shadows. Persia replies to Manx that with Reiji bearing his fangs there's no reason to hide theirs any longer, then turns the car around suddenly to go retrieve Abyssinian.

MISSION 14 FLIEHEN - MARTIAL LAW -

Persia comes crashing through some trash cans as he drives his car straight towards Crawford and Farfarello who have Aya defenceless on the ground. Opening the door, he offers his hand for Aya to get in and they both escape. He asks Aya if now he sees that they are too strong to fight him alone and asks Aya if he comes with them they can find out how long the rest of Weiss can last against the Public Peace special forces. As Persia drives, he explains they're over there as they witness an explosion in the sky.

Driving straight through a barrier having made it to the battle site, he is surveying the many soldiers then asks if they’re too late and if it's all over. Aya rescues Ken, Omi and Yohji, then Persia answers Manx that he's still the police commissioner until Reiji gets rid of him, and that they should go back to the department.

As he packs his things, Persia contemplates a photo of his family. He prays at Kikuno’s grave remembering how he found her hung and promised to avenge her death no matter what it takes. Persia has one more thing to do before heading to Kritiker, and punches Manx to knock her out. Thanking her for her dedication and hard work, now it's personal now and he doesn’t want her involved with this, he simply places her on the grass and thanks her for everything. He drives his car into police barricades, as his vehicle comes under heavy gun fire. Surrounded, he simply steps out hands raised, and asks if they’re looking for him.

MISSION 15 DUELL - HUNTERS OF REVENGE - 

Brought by two guards before Reiji where he says he has something to say to him, Persia realizes he is thankful for his Weiss. They are not a threat to Reiji and he can use them as an excuse to gather greater power over Japan. Incensed, Persia says he's not going to let him do that and draws a gun. He is here to see him because he's finally come to kill. Replying that he's nothing like him, Reiji raises that what he did to Kikuno before aiming his gun knowing that Reiji keeps a gun in his top draw.

Assuring him he can die without a final cigar smoke, Reiji also accuses him of making a deal with Essett to gain power, and that he must kill him to avenge others deaths. Upon being told Kikuno committed suicide as she had a terminal heart disease, Persia replies that marrying him was the cause of her unhappiness and death, that his cold heart ate away at her warm one. He labels Reiji a devil for sacrificing his own son Mamoru, he rescued him but it devastated Kikuno that Reiji wouldn't rescue him and that’s why she killed herself.

Persia bristles with indignation when he is told that Omi is in fact not Reiji's, but his own son with Reiji aware of Persia's affair with is wife. Hearing that he turned his own son into a murderer, Persia is then shot though the desk by Reiji.

Waking up next to Weiss, Persia tells them it is no use and he is beyond help. Seeing that Aya, Ken, Omi and Yohji are all here, Persia states that is good. He gives them their final mission: to execute Reiji Takatori. Persia reveals Reiji used underground organizations like the Creepers and Liotta to amass his power. He also recollects back where he arrived to ask Reiji what he done to Aya’s parents, who targeted them so the illicit funds could not be traced back to him and his criminal activities.

With tears in his eyes, Persia turns to Omi and tell him "Omi" was the name he gave him, and that it’s the only one that matters. Persia gives a final order to deny these evil beats their tomorrows, then passes away.
